How I do this? It's very easy. This tutorial is for Blogger user only :p
1. After selecting your blog in the Dashboard, click tab Setting, click Email.
2. Add/Type string/name (this is the secret code) in the "Mail-to-Blogger Address".
That is the special email address to which you will mail your blog entries.
ex: cepitasik.viaemail@blogger.com
choose "Publish emails immediately "
3. Click Save Setting
Now, sent your article via email, remember this!
To: Your blog's email adrress
Subject : Article's Title
